In the EU countries periodically come out tougher bills against vapers. Kangertech decided to take the initiative and released the world’s first tank with protection from children, so I guess just in case. It’s called the CL Tank.

It was a surprise for me when I saw a tank from Kangertech not similar to Subtank, and this is definitely a plus for the company. What stands out are the liquid level control holes, which are styled with the company’s logo. The tank is very small and has the following dimensions: diameter 22mm, height 37mm for the 2ml version and 47mm for the 4ml version. australian vape The colors are unchanged and in the Kanger style: black, red, white and steel.

Now to the technical side of the tank. You probably thought: -The new tank from Kanger, it must be unrealistically cool and powerful!? Well, it’s not, I’ll tell you. This tank is designed just to please the officials who make unnecessary laws. At most, it’s a beginner’s tank. The tank uses its own line of vaporizers, and it is very strange. After all, Kanger has a line of OCC vaporizers, why they invent a bicycle is not clear to me. As far as I understand, the tank consists of a body, a vaporizer and a topcap with a driptip.

The full name of the tank is Child Lock Tank, and its whole trick is in the protection from children. It works the same way as on vials with liquid, you press, turn and open/close the air holes, and as we know, it is quite difficult to vaporize without it.

As it says on the Kanger website there are two versions of the tank, for 2 and 4 ml, but it is quite possible that this is not quite true. A new law in the EU prohibits the use of tanks larger than 2ml. As you can see, the MAX mark on the tank is just below the middle of the tank, but there is nothing stopping you from pouring more than two ml of liquid. So it’s not clear if there will be two versions of the tank or if they just want to screw the EU government. The Kanger website says that the tank has a top filling, but I don’t know how it is realized, I don’t have a photo, unfortunately.

All in all, not a “bad” tank if you are going to obey the law, or want to keep your kids safe. But to put it mildly, it falls very far short of being a good tank.
