Inside the box, each device is hidden in a sealed branded “rustle” cellophane bag. The top and them are zigzag trimmed, making it quick and easy to tear the packaging without resorting to scissors or other sharp objects.

In addition, each Geek Bar X5500 has additional protection as well. There is a small plug in the vapor line of the mouthpiece, and a wide cap is placed on the base of the case, covering the holes from below. Such insurance helps to prevent accidental switching on the electronics during transportation and will allow you to keep the flavor of the refilled liquid for a longer period of time when storing the disposable. australian vape shop melbourne So don’t hurry to get rid of these parts, the top cap will also save you from dust getting into the vapor line.

The shape, size and design of the X5500 One-Time Geek Bar X5500 looks suspiciously similar to the recently reviewed Geek Bar X6000. It is the same cone-shaped case topped with a lid with a mouthpiece. However, in this case the mouthpiece is no longer round, but flat and rather wide. The multicolored plastic cases are neon-bright (because they were not easy to photograph) and glossy. But the top part, where the mouthpiece is located, is matte and slightly rough. One side has the GEEK BAR brand name in white paint, the opposite side has the abbreviated logo and signed flavor. Yes, this inscription on the red case on the photo above is almost invisible, but in real life it is still readable. As usual, there are no buttons, the electronics are triggered only by the user’s puff thanks to the built-in sensor.
Due to the decent dimensions caused by the impressive volume of the liquid reservoir, the device cannot be called compact. Although it fits into a pocket, but not every pocket. A small bag and loose clothes are more suitable for carrying it. For example, shorts, where X5500 will not protrude appealingly and ambiguously. If you know what I mean.

There are probably some users who will find the flattened shape of the mouthpiece more comfortable than the round one. But personally, I don’t see much difference in comfort between this option and the round mouthpiece like in the X6000. The opening of the vapor line is wide, it easily lets vapor through, and the plastic does not get hot and does not burn your lips even during intensive vaping. From below on the base of the device you can see three holes: a small round one hides a white LED; the largest one contains a port for recharging the USB Type-C battery; through the small flattened one air is taken in, which during puffing gets to the winding vaporizer. If the last hole is covered, you can muffle the puff, which here can be called semi-hookah rather than cigarette.
Indicator and charging of the Geek Bar X5500 single-use vaporizer
The device does not charge as quickly as we would like, despite USB Type-C. The connected device consumes a current of only 5V/0.6A, it will take more than an hour to fully replenish the charge of the built-in power source. The board does not have a pastr mode, i.e. with a connected cable you can’t use a single-use device, you will have to wait for the end of charging or disconnect it from charging for the time of vaping.
Geek Bar X5500 flavors
At the time of publishing this review, there are 9 flavors in the Geek Bar X5500 lineup. Judging by the manufacturer’s website, the company is preparing a few more (Coming Soon), but what they will be is still a mystery.
Inside each disposable is a battery containing a chemically active alkaline metal – lithium. Such batteries should not be thrown away with household garbage, but should be taken to recycling or special disposal.
